What's on the eco Christmas cards?

  • The HEAT Team has invited some of the top home energy companies to come and give you free advice. 
  • Business partners from the HEAT's new Loyalty Scheme will be there to discuss how, by joining their scheme, you could help local businesses, earn points and enjoy rewards.
  • The HEAT's NeighbourFood Blairgowrie and Rattray producers will also be around to talk about their pop-up pre-order food shopping system.

Who are the HEAT?

The HEAT Project are out to fight climate change by reducing the carbon dioxide emissions of the communities in Blairgowrie, Rattray and the Glens.

Their goals are to:

  • Provide households, businesses and communities with energy saving advice to help them reduce their energy bills and water usage. 
  • Work with communities to continuously research and review initiatives that could help reduce carbon footprints and increase environmental sustainability. 
  • Reduce water waste, food waste and shopping related carbon footprints by encouraging people to shop locally.
