About Friends of the Earth and the More Trees Please Campaign

Friends of the Earth are an environmental organisation who want to protect the only planet we have to call home.

Their More Trees Please Campaign is seeking to double UK tree cover because trees play such a crucial role in combating climate chaos. They remove planet-wrecking emissions from the air around us, so we need as many as possible.

Trees will help us to save the environment my hugely helping the UK to achieve net zero emissions. The goal is to double the amount of UK forest by 2045, but government targets currently fall well short.

Come and plant to help the planet.
