Elderflower Mint Daiquiri Cocktail
Belvoir's famous cordials aren't just good for pepping up the soft drinks option, you can also use them to make super easy cocktails this summer.
Not only do Belvoir farm their own elderflowers (across 60 acres of mostly organic and some in transition and now with owl boxes), they have also committed to some serious rewilding and tree planting including 7000 English hardwood trees with some Cyprus pines and Field Maples to create their own forest.
Anaerobic digesters, harvesting rain water for irrigation and other initatives like growing field margins for ground nesting birds mean that the team at Belvoir have a seriously impressive sustainable side and they also have big plans to be even less impactful in future.
60ml Bacardi rum
25ml Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
1 tbsp lime juice
