This summer, conjure up a taste of the tropics - even if you can't go there - with this simple Mai Tai recipe.

Just using four ingredients and needing no cocktail equipment, we love this super easy Mai Tai recipe that uses Two Drifters Overproof Spice Pineapple Rum.

It's perfect for a back garden party this summer (or premix and take with you to the beach or on a walk).

Two Drifters is the world's first and only carbon negative rum distillery. The smooth rum is made in Devon. The Overproof Spice Pineapple rum is a sweeter version with notes of salted caramel and pineapple added to the 63% rum.

4 tbsp Two Drifters Distillery Overproof Spice Pineapple Rum
1 tsp grenadine
85ml pineapple juice
4 tbsp orange juice
