What's better than vegan chocolate and marshmallows? This easy recipe makes use of both of those to create this super cute melted snowman shortbread biscuits.
All you need now is a cup of vegan hot chocolate to dunk them in!

250g plain flour
100g sugar
120g vegan margarine
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
*Flour for rolling out the mixture*
4tbsp icing sugar
1tbsp water
Writing icing sugar - black
Vegan marshmallows
