Flip The Doga
Here at pebble we try out a lot of activewear that is actually good for the planet, but one brand we come back to again and again is Flip The Dog. For real. This British designed brand is committed to reusing ocean plastics, keeping their impact low, their quality high - and their colours bright.

K.A.N Bags
Fed up with using single plastic bags for rubbish and recycling? New American brand K.A.N Bags have a simple solution. The reusable recycling bag. Made of thick canvas, this foldable lightweight bag can hold its own when it comes to cans, bottles or cardboard - or your everyday rubbish. It is washable, leak and drop proof so that the last drip of beer slides right off the canvas rather than soaking in. Get 10% off anything you buy at K.A.N Bags until 15 April 2019, with the code 'PEBBLE'.

Aerende
April is a fab month to make time for a good ol' sit down, proper cuppa and a slice of cake to revel in the longer afternoons. Aerende holds a dear place in our hearts. It champions slow production methods used by groups of people all over the UK who make to improve mental health or who have found work in crafts when they've been previously disadvantaged. This handmade range of half dip dye pottery is made for Aerende by adults who have learning disabilities in Derbyshire.

Sinclair & Saffron
Ethical weddings are set to be one of this summer's biggest trends and we've fallen for Sinclair & Saffron's pretty site, that pulls together some of the best artisans and ethical suppliers for the perfect wedding. Slade Fine jewellery make stunning rings from ethically sourced gemstones and eco-friendly, recycled and Fairtrade Gold from their studio in Wales. They can either design something unique in-house or you can pick from their gorgeous ready to wear line that uses antique and upcycled gems and ethically sourced, conflict free diamonds.

People Tree
Did you know fab Fairtrade fashion peeps People Tree have partnered with BBC Earth to create a range of organic cotton T-shirts and bags that help you wear your (eco) heart on your sleeve? The Our Planet Earth collection features iconic, endangered sea creatures like turtles and whales and we reckon their this summer's hottest T's.

Teapigs
We've had single estate coffee for a while, but this spring pick up a single estate, breakfast tea from Teapigs. Grown in Rwanda, 50p from each purchase goes back into education and support for vulnerable people in Rwanda, while Teapigs have worked hard to eliminate all plastics from their range. The only real question is milk first or tea first?

Hyke
A gin made from grapes that would otherwise be wasted you say? It would be rude not to drink this, we say. Surplus unused table grapes that are ditched by supermarkets are reused here by Foxhole Spirits who make Hyke gin in the UK with touches of coriander, myrrh and rooibos. If only more problems could be solved with gin. Cheers!

Lark & Berry
British lab grown diamond brand, Lark & Berry, are branching out from not just looking glam but also smelling divine with their new range of perfumes. As you'd expect the range is all-natural and made from organic flower compositions, and of course 100% cruelty-free. We're a fan of the White Dawn, which is like spritzing on a sunny holiday morning in the Med.

Boundless
Activated nuts and seeds might sound quite fancy but Boundless take ancient Aztec and Aborigine techniques and distil it down to the FAB routine (Flood, Activate, Bake) to release their ingredients true potential. Knowing how important water is to their business, they've partnered with Frank Water, a UK charity who helps people who need it most get clean water.

Brewgooder
Do you really want to drink dirty lager? Brewgooder is a social enterprise craft brewery with a simple mission, to get clean water to one million people in need. So far, they've sold 1.2 million cans which has allowed them to dig wells and deliver fresh water to 60,000 people. Want to help them help others? Order up a beer and help the world.

Norfolk Natural Living
Don't have time to go DIY on your eco-cleaning products? Norfolk Natural Living might be a good step in. Their vinegar based Multi Surface Cleaners are tinged with lavender or sea salt (don't worry your kitchen doesn't smell like a chip shop) and don't contain any chemicals, bleach or artificial colours. We'd recommend refilling the bottles after you're done either with your own mix or see if the brand will refill.

Sperry
The original boat shoe came from Sperry, an American brand born in the 1930s. Today's BIONIC Collection reimagines that shoe, making it from recycled marine plastics. Sperry also works with beach clean up and recycling charity Waterkeeper Alliance to help source those materials direct from the beach. Pick up a colourful pair of shoes and do your bit for the ocean.

G Star Raw
Surprised to learn that G Star Raw is one of the most sustainable fashion brands out there? It's new denim range is the world’s first Cradle to Cradle Certified™ Gold Denim Fabric, which uses 75% less water and 20% less energy to make. And check out this simply stunning denim overcoat, perfect for a spring fling wherever you are.

Baabuk Pomobuk
Embrace the modern wool slipper from Baabuk, who work to reduce waste in the shoe industry. The Swiss sustainable shoe brand has partnered with ski skin company Pomoca to use their bright leather offcuts to create hardy soles for their cosy slippers, the Pomobuk. The 100% felt wool and seamless uppers are made by artisans in Nepal to support traditional skills. Swiss design + Nepalese crafts = foot heaven.

Goss and Genus
Anyone else need a lie in or is it just us? We're loving Goss and Genus' 100% GOTS certified organic cotton bed linen that comes in two subtle collections, Court and Heron. Sateen sheets and baby-soft duvet covers will make staying in bed even easier at the weekends and help you get a great night's sleep, every night.

Wriggle
We reckon lunchboxes are the next battle ground over stopping single use plastic. Wriggle's stylish versions are made from bamboo and wood and don't contain any BPAs. Plus they're encouraging people to take the humble box to your favourite lunchtime haunts and they have a guide to places in Brighton and Bristol where you can take them and get them filled.

Do you ever think how much water is in your skincare routine, not just the water in your basin but in your lotions and potions. Sister & Co's True Cleansing Oil doesn't include any water, which makes the cleanser more potent, so you need to use less and without water, there's no chance of bacteria so it doesn't need any nasty stabilisers. It is packed with organic cold-pressed apricot, jojoba and grape oils with lightly infused rose otto and frankincense.
