After an intense day of judging, kindly hosted by The Trampery in Old Street, we have this year's Global Good Award's shortlist.
Congratulations to Delphis Eco, Enviro-Cup, Delipac and Snact NOW who are shortlisted in our eco-product category. Each has a really different take on eco product innovation: from completely recycled plastic packaging, to cups that can form part of the circular economy.
“We’re delighted to have got so many new entrants this year” says Karen Sutton, Founder of the Awards. “The judges have all remarked on the quality of the entries with Best Education and Best Partnership in the Community taking the judges hours to deliberate the entries before deciding upon the results.”
Shortlisters are diverse: corporates, SMEs and community projects all feature, from Unilever and Barclays, to Toast Ale and Binti international.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony and gala dinner at BMA House in London on 16 May, with a menu of mouthwatering vegan food, as well as entertainment from keynote speaker, Martin Wright and compare, Ed Gillespie.
The dinner is open to all, so even if you’re not shortlisted, it’s a great opportunity to rub shoulders with the great and the Global Good. You can download the booking form here.
The Global Good Awards (formerly the National CSR Awards) look to reward the amazing innovations in sustainability across all industries and verticals - they are committed to promoting positive change for the planet.
