We can’t wait to taste the ‘Cabbage Sour’ cocktail, made with pickling liquor from the kitchen’s cabbage, along with cassis, gin, rosemary syrup and star anise. Plot your course for either the 6.30pm or 8.30pm sitting. Tickets cost £45 and include a welcome drink.
