Run, forest, run
We all know a walk in a forest or green space is good for us but a recent Mind survey says that a walk amongst the trees boosts mental health for 94% of us. With that in mind, the Forestry Commission in England has organised a series of events, ‘Feel Good Autumn’.

Walking trails or cycling routes are being highlighted for people who want some quiet time (see the Forestry Commission site for tips for practising mindfulness in forests), while forest activities have been created for those who want to be more active, there’s Nordic walking in the Forest of Dean, yoga and even a zombie run in Delamere Forest.
