Seasonal Australian food has been taken to the next level at the COMO The Treasury Hotel in Perth at their restaurant Wildflower, with a five course menu that showcase some of the 12,000 species of wildflowers.

Executive Chef Jed Gerrard then turns plants and wildflowers like eucalyptus, finger limes and pepperberries into a five course tasting menu paired with local wines. Expect dishes like Raw broome pearl meat, soured Geraldton wax cream, sea parsley oil, fennel pollen with apple dressing and Slow cooked doodlakine pork, sweet potato, sour radish, candied mustard, Davidson plum and powdered Kakadu plum.
