The eco-friendliest place to relax this summer
Modern-Indian restaurant Cinnamon Soho and Mr Lyan have joined forces and launched a green Summer Festival Terrace this month. Combining their reduce and reuse principles, Vivek Singh and Ryan Chetiyawardana are encouraging Londoners to waste less food and drink.

The pair previously collaborated at Cinnamon Bazaar earlier this year, but this Summer, London will experience a range of Mr Lyan’s ‘Upcycled & Recycled’ cocktails alongside Vivek’s signature street food. Drinks, including a Watermelon Rind Tonic, will be served in repurposed milk bottles alongside street food served in recycled dishes.
The terrace will be decorated with salvaged furniture and materials, making this the eco-friendliest place to relax this summer.
Cinnamon Soho’s Summer Festival Terrace is open Monday – Sunday from 3pm onwards.
