HF Holiday's Monk Coniston is a historic National Trust property, recently undergoing a complete refurbishment of its 32 bedrooms. It’s situated in 14 acres of landscaped gardens arboretum within the Lake District National Park.
Green Tourism is considered one of the most rigorous certification programmes and so it has been a huge achievement. John and Helen Croxford, House Manager and Gardener commented, “We are absolutely committed to the best possible environmental and ethical practices at Monk Coniston and the whole team here has embraced the initiative with huge enthusiasm.”
