Ingredients
50ml The Organical Botanical Spirit Co – Organic London Dry Gin
25ml Urban Cordial BlackBerry & Lavender cordial
100ml Flawsome apple soda
25ml organic lemon juice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, shake the gin, cordial and lemon juice.
- Fill a large rocks glass with crushed ice, pouring over the shaken mix and top with apple soda.
- Garnish with a slice of organic lemon.
